We can organise the tour while your team is still in Korea. You receive one clear plan and one Cabij contact.
Before the team leaves Korea, we confirm the dates, cities, venues, group size, meal times and dietary needs.
We check that the local food provider can make enough suitable Korean food and deliver it safely.
We agree the arrival time, venue entrance, contact person and exact number of meals.
We confirm the order has left, arrived on time and is ready to serve warm.
We manage agreed changes before the deadline and keep a backup plan for delays or shortages.

Founded by Korean chef and European tour catering professional Teo Kim.
Teo has more than ten years of professional kitchen experience. As a chef and catering business owner, he has provided food for European tour dates involving ATEEZ, aespa, TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT), TWICE and other touring artists. His experience includes changing venues, local suppliers and meal production for approximately 100–150 people.

No. Cabij coordinates suitable local restaurants, commercial kitchens, caterers and existing touring or venue teams. Physical production is completed by the agreed local operator.
Not automatically. On-site support is optional and separately priced; suitable venue production and runner support may remove the need for a separate Cabij representative.
Yes. Cabij can provide Korean menu guidance, supplier coordination and operational checks while the existing team provides production, collection, setup or service.
Approved mileage, additional runner hours and local call-outs are quoted as tour costs and agreed before commitment where possible.
Either. Artist and crew requirements are separated in the brief so menus, quantities and budgets can be managed clearly.
Yes. Scope may cover selected dates, a difficult city, a first show, or a wider route after assessment.
Yes. The service is designed to use reliable infrastructure available in each city while controlling the brief, standards, timing and escalation centrally.
Requirements are recorded in writing, shared with the selected supplier and checked against labels and quantities. Third-party food production means absolute guarantees cannot be made.
Yes, where the supplier, production capacity, food-safety information and venue logistics are suitable.
Availability follows a route assessment. It depends on itinerary, venue requirements, supplier availability, legal requirements and service scope.
As early as possible, ideally once routing and approximate headcount are known. Short-notice requests can be assessed but options may be limited.
Pricing reflects setup and rider review, cities, headcount, meal frequency, supplier costs, delivery, venue support, on-site requirements and contingency.
They may need to be paid in advance before orders are confirmed. Food, delivery, local production and venue costs are separate from Cabij coordination fees.
Yes. Festivals, showcases, conventions, brand activations and visiting Korean production teams can be assessed without changing the core touring focus.
